Citrus & Lychee Jelly
White wine, lemon juice, mandarins and lychees set in a light jelly.
Mango Pudding
Mango pulp mixed with cream, milk and sugar and set with gelatin. A light refreshing dessert.
Maccha Tea Pudding
Made with fresh cream and infused with green tea and set with gelatin.
