The range of Vittles products has been developed by our managing director and chef Martin over the past 19 years but he won't take all the credit! Martin worked with top UK chefs for more than 10 years before starting Vittles Desserts, and during that time he worked as a pastry chef for some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels within the UK.

High Quality Ingredients

Our products contain only the finest ingredients, such as fresh cream and Belgian chocolate, and are made in the same way a professional chef would make them. The only difference is that we make them on a much larger scale, providing us with large savings which we then pass on to you, the caterer. The result is you get high-quality products as if you had made them yourself but for a fraction of the time and cost.

For example, one of our most popular desserts, Tart au Citron is made using fresh lemon juice, fresh cream and fresh pasteurised eggs and sugar; no compounds or flavourings, just the true clean taste of lemons.
