The range of Vittles products has been developed by myself over the last 18 years but I can’t take all the credit. I worked with some of the top Chefs in the UK for over 10 years before starting Vittles Desserts, during that time I worked as a pastry Chef for some of the most prestigious restaurants and Hotels with in the UK.
High Quality Ingredients:
Our products contain only the finest ingredients, Fresh cream, Belgium Chocolate. All our products are made the same way that a professional Chef would make them, the difference being we make them on a much larger scale, this provides us with large savings which we pass on to yourself, giving you high quality products as if you had made them yourself.
For example, one of our most popular desserts, Tart au Citron or Lemon Tart is made using Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Cream and Fresh Pasteurised Eggs and Sugar, no compounds or flavourings, just the true clean taste of Lemons.

One of the most important consideration in a busy professional kitchen is achieving your profit margins. The Vittles Dessert range consist of individual desserts and per-sliced products that save you time, freeing up your staff to do other jobs. The products have been designed with this in mind, simply thaw and serve, ideal for stacking for banquets and large functions or A la Carte Menus.
